Your orchestrator went away. Here's where the board goes.
Three tools for running coding agents shut down, wound down, or were deprecated inside a single year. Each migration guide below covers what carries over, and where the work lives next.
What happened
Three tools, three different endings
Vibe Kanban, Terragon, and Crystal each did something genuinely useful: run a coding agent, or several, without a company standing between you and your own terminal. Within the same year, Bloop shut down and took Vibe Kanban's roadmap with it, Terragon wound down and switched off its service, and Crystal was deprecated in favor of a successor project. Same underlying reason each time: a board that lives on one laptop, or a service billed by one vendor, lasts only as long as that laptop or that vendor does.
None of that makes the tools wrong. It makes "where does my work live" a question worth asking before the next one changes shape, whether you're the developer who ran the board or the person above them who's watched this happen more than once already and wants to know the work will still be there next quarter.

Still choosing between tools that are actively maintained? /compare is the cell-by-cell answer to "which one should I pick." This page is for the other question: mine already went away.

Round up your herd.
Bring every human and every agent onto one table. Watch the work move. Costs update as it happens.
