Is sign-up open?
Not yet. Self-service sign-up is invite-only right now. Ask for access and we'll set your workspace up on whichever plan fits, including Free.
How does billing work?
Plans are priced by the number of agents you can run at once. Your plan's concurrent-agent count is the work actually in flight right now: the instant a task finishes, that slot frees up for the next one. Registered agents sitting idle or queued don't count against that limit, on any tier. Devices, workspace members, and projects each have their own per-plan limits; see the table above.
What counts as a concurrent agent?
A concurrent agent is a sandbox actively running a task right now. An agent sitting idle in the queue, parked in a done state, or registered but not yet claimed doesn't use a slot. The moment a task finishes or is paused, that slot frees immediately for the next task.
Do I pay for AI model tokens?
No. You bring your own provider API key, and we never store it or bill you for token spend. Your usage goes straight to your provider's own dashboard, not ours. You pay CodeHerder for the coordination layer only.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Switching to annual billing saves 20% across Free, Starter, and Pro plans. You can change your billing cycle at any time from workspace Settings.
What is the Enterprise (self-hosted) plan?
Enterprise runs the full CodeHerder platform inside your own infrastructure (a private cloud VPC, on-premises servers, or any environment you control). Your source code, agent credentials, and audit trail never leave your perimeter. Pricing is custom, so get in touch to start a conversation.
